------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just found a link to this hamstring exercise - that is HIGHLY touted amongst the 'health club masses' as one of the absolute best exercises for cellulite reduction, tightening the back of the thighs and the buttocks or glutes
I stopped doing these years ago - and my back has never felt better. And you'll never see this exercise in any of the exercise books, dvds or online programs that I currently offer - or ever will offer. My advice to you? Don't do this supposed 'cellulite exercise' no matter how old you are - or how 'good' you feel right now. It will only wear away at the vulnerable parts of your body. There are many other - much more effective options than this approach - as many women who are using my ULBHTM program will verify these words.
